Cautions for checkup
Appointment for chekup
01 Making an appointment in advance is recommended in order to shorten waiting
02 Must come before the appointment time on the checkup day.
03 If you want to change your appointment day, please call us in advance.

A day before checkup
01 Please have light dinner with no fat and must fast afte 8 p.m.
02 If you are taking any medication, you must consult your doctor whether it can be taken.
03 Please avoid excessive drinking, overworking, and strenuous exercising, and get enough sleep.
On the testing day
01 Please fast in the morning. (no water, gum, cigarette as well)
02 Please contain your urine if possible.
03 You can have light morning exercise or brushing teeth.
04 Wearing contact lenses is not allowed. Please wear the glasses.
05 Bringing valuables including necklace, earrings, rings, etc. is not recommended, except cash or a credit card for payment.
06 Please wash your hands and feet thoroughly before visiting.
07 If there is any possibility of pregnancy, you must tell us.
Coolprep Preparations
01
Put one stick of powder A and one stick of powder B in a empty 500mL-bottle and fully fill with water. Closethe lid and shake it until the powder is dissolved completely.

Drink Coolprep preparations made on Step 1 within 30 min. (drink it in two times with 15min-interval)
Dietary Control
This dietary control must be kept from 3 days before the test day.If this dietary control is not followed properly, the intestinal cleansing will not be done thoroughly. Please keep this diet.
A diet on a day before the test day
· Breakfast, Lunch : White rice gruel or white rice porridge· Dinner : (Expecting morning- time examination) Fast from 2 p.m.
· Dinner : (Expecting afternoon- time examination) Eat rice gruel at 4 p.m.
· Prevent dehydration by drinking water or tea until 3 hour before the examination
(Please avoid drinking additional water from 3 hours before the scheduled examination time.)
Precautions
· If you are taking any medication for heart disease, brain disease, asthma, chronic lung disease, hypertension, angina, diabetes, etc., pleae tell your doctor.· If you are taking any related medications to anticoagulant (Coumadin), antithrombotic (Aspirin, Plavix), please tell us in advance.
· Please avoid taking or injecting any medications for regulating blood glucose or insulin on the testing day.
· If you have to take medications for hypertension or heart disease on the testing day, please take it with a little amount of water in the morning.
· It may difficult to take bowel preparations, however, if the intestinal is poorly prepared, the tests may not proceeded properly. Tests are possible only after you take preparations all as you are informed.
